100!

Post number 100 :p Haha

Exams are done! Finally! And I did good :) Except for dutch and history... But I'm pretty sure I even passed math :p

Last saturday I went to a Christmas-dance in Apeldoorn, Holland. (FYI: That's a 2.5 hours drive from where I live :p And then we still need to drive 2.5 hours back...) But I promised Elke that I would come, so that's exactly what I did :) I was wearing a bright-red dress that came to my knee and I'm absolutely in love with the dress :) And I'm using it again on friday, so I'm saying that's 60 euro's well spent. (60 euro's for a dress like that isn't expensive at all, you can compare it to a promdress, and 75 dollars for a promdress isn't expensive at all :p)

Here's pictures :p

Ugg, blogger is being stupid and the pictures aren't where I wanted them to be but anyways... :p haha

And I'm an auntie again!! Little Ezra was born on the 12th of december 2009 , is 54cm tall and weighs a good 4.220 kilo's (that's about 8 pounds :p). He's beautifull and I'm super-proud to be his auntie :)

So yeah, that's what's been going on in my life :p

What's been going on in my life...

Yesterday I needed to play hostess at the elderly week (oh joy...). Pretty much all we had to do was to say good afternoon (and I didn't even succeed in that because I kept on saying goodmorning... :p) And hand out the program of that day and free food coupons... Woopdeedoo! There went my saturday. :p And all this time you have to keep your face into a perfect smile and be happy while actually you don't want anything more but to get out of there :p

Almost exams! AAARGHH I'm really stressing out... Sooo much to do and soooo little time :p

Today I went the good-bye service of (almost) Elder Boom. And when I promised myself I wasn't going to cry... I lied :p Well I actually wasn't expecting to cry since I rarely ever do... But today it just was inevitable :p Since we (young men and young women) sang "we'll bring the world his thruth" And Elder Boom's little sister started to sing by herself and then his other sister started crying so I couldn't sing anymore... :p And then as closing hymn we sang "God be with you till we meet again" (I know, enough said :p)
But anyways, it was a really nice service and I wish Martijn (it's just weird to say Elder Boom) the very best of luck. But I'm sure he'll do fine :p Jawohl! ;)

For the rest my life's been pretty much the same. I actually found a school where I can take afterschool musical lessons! Woot! Good thing I have a lovely neighbour who is an actress (just in Belgium television series) and told me about the school :) (No, she's not going to pull some strings, we are honest people :p) But I'm really excited about it, it's something I've been wanting to do for a while now...

I should propably be going to bed... But I'm actually that tired that I don't feel like wanting to sleep anymore (you never had that..? No..? Ok whatever :p)

Sleep thight and don't let the bedbugs bite!

I need to go run...

I decided I really need to do something about my condition. It's waaaaaay below zero :p haha. We had to do a warm up in gymclass the other day (and with this teacher...that's running, running and...running) And I about died :p I felt like I ran 100 miles while I ran maybe half a mile all together... We had to do this "suicide" exercise..where you got to run to the first line, get back to start point, run to the second line, run back to the first, 3rd line => back to the second and so on and so on. I don't know how many lines there were, but I'm thinking a lot!

So I thought to myself that there must be a change! And I'm going to start with the "start to run" program. I'm hoping that will help, because my heart was racing like crazy that gymclass...

Not much news otherwise...I'm still looking for a school that offers afterschool musical lessons...but nothing so far. They have schools in Holland for that...but that's just a tad to far to go to right after school :p

Musicals...

Yep yep, that's right...MUSICALS!
Since i've seen parts from the musical "Wicked" I got totally addicted to the songs :) And I love to sing them! And I'm really thinking about doing musicals myself. I just need to find me a school that offers that after regular school hours :) Because that would just be AWESOME!

At camp, I lived through my first experience of singing in front of a croud...Man, I thought I was going to die! I sang a duet with Elke called "For Good" ('Wicked'). I suggested we did that for the talent-show on camp...me and my big mouth :p I tried to chicken out but Elke wouldn't let me...haha. But people applauded after we were done so I guess they liked it :). At least that's what they told me, I hope they were honest ;) And this was a combined camp, so knowing there were boys watching, made me really nervous :p But I did it anyways, thanks to Elke! :D

So I guess I'll just go and sing some more on talent-shows (there's going to be one in december, on a christmas party in church), so that i'll get used to singing when people are actually watching and listening. And then ask for their very honest opinion :). I just felt like I really need to go do something with my life, instead of just going to school, do homework, and sit in front of the television. It's driving me crazy :p haha.

So yeah...I really hope that turns out into something cool :) Because I love to sing, and I'm also interested in acting, so go do musicals is the perfect sollution! :D

Anyways, that's all I got for ya right now :)

First day of school. OH BOY!

So basically it sucked :p
Well, I guess it wasn't that bad...I just don't like the new building very much. We had to move because another school was coming to the building we were in. I was sad... I finally felt like a big girl because I was in the building of the 5th and 6th graders...psh.

Anyways, the new schedule isn't my favorite... We start the monday morning with math. Woopdedoo! Oh well, I guess it's better then last years' schedule, which was 2 hours of chemistry, math, duth, and math again...on a monday morning.
But I'll get used to it once i'll do it for a while. And the 6th grade should be interesting, I'm gonna have internships in hospitals and elderly homes. So that's something new. Last year I did internship with toddlers, and kindergarten...now THAT was something else... It made me realise I'm not a person to be a teacher in kindergarten :p haha.

Once I'm past this year I can begin my studies to become a midwife. :)

So yeah, that was my first day of school for ya :)

...what to say...

I'm not sure what I'm going to say in this post. But I just thought that it's been a long time since I posted something so I might as well change that... :p

I'm kinda frustrated with blogger...Or with the website that makes the playlists. I don't know if any of you guys (IF there's anybody out there reading this rather pointless blog) have the same problem, but I can't listen to ANY songs on ANYBODY's playlist! Including my own...it always says " due to licening restrictions, some tracks are currently unavailable in your country." SOME tracks?? I can't listen to any song from my playlist. And I was so happy that I could finally listen to a good quality version of "As long as you're mine" since YouTube only has stupid versions on it... Oh well.

But I'm sooooo happy that I got the CD with all the pictures and a slide-show of camp on there! It was so nice to bring up the amazing memories I have of camp. Being my last camp, I'm quite pleased that it was such a great time! :) I would do it all over again! Except that...school starts in...*let me count* 6 days! But I'm pretty happy that school starts again actually. Because August just lasts a little too long. I have nothing to do! July was such a cool month with going to America and going on camp. But now in August...I had nothing more to look forward to. And it'll be nice to see all the cool people from school again.

So today I had to wake up early (well, early being early in vacation terms...) because my little niece was coming over. And she's FINALLY asleep! It was pretty sad. She was falling over from being so sleepy, but when we put her in her bed, she kept on screaming for her mommy... :( I had a hard time to keep myself from taking her out of her bed and comfort her. But after a good 15 of screaming (and that's the 2nd time we put her in her bed) she fell asleep anyways. And she's going to be a happy baby (or toddler now).

Anyways, I don't have anything more to say :p haha

America!

So since yesterday I'm back in Belgium!

I had an amazing time in America! I saw so many things :D I really had dreams come true there :)
I saw my favorite temple, the Salt Lake temple :D And it was great! I even had the amazing opportunity to get in there! :D

To see pictures, I'm sorry but I'm not going to post more then 300 pictures on here, you'll have to go to my profile on facebook to go see :) haha

So the first week, we were in Utah where we stayed with the family Toyn. Wow, they are such amazing people! And they were prepared to take us ANYWHERE!! We went to see so many things! :) haha

The first day, we went to see Temple Square. It was sooooooo pretty!! Oh I couldn't believe my eyes that I was finally where I've been wanting to be since I was a very little girl! Pictures and words cannot describe the beauty :D We went to conference center too. WOW, that is sooooo huge! And they have grass and trees and fountains on the roof of it! :)
Then we went shopping in Gateway, which is an outdoors mall :) And I am going to miss PANDA EXPRESS! :) I fell in love with the orange chicken :p haha. After that we had the funniest game night ever! We played Disney Scene-it and had tons of fun!

The second day we went to see the cemetary where most of the deceased prophets are burried. It was interesting :) We got to see Gordon B Hinckley's grave. He's my favorite! :) We also went to beehive house. Which is the house Brigham Young lived in with his family. It was cool because they had a lot of stuff that belonged to him and aren't replica's, but the real things :) We had lunch in the lion house, I'm not sure what that house ment...But the food was nice :)
We went to see how Utah looked like from the top of Joseph Smith memorial building, and Church office building :) It was a nice view, especially from Church office building, it's the biggest building in Salt Lake City :p Then we went to the church history museum. It was sooooo cool! They had things there that were real things people had. Again, no replica's :) They had Joseph's and Hyrum's original guns, the original pocket watch that saved John Taylors life by catching a bullet. The original death masks of Joseph and Hyrum Smith (plaster imprints of their faces that were taken right after they were killed to remember how they looked like). It was just crazy to see all that stuff, it was a cool experience :) And then we went swimming! That was sooo cool because they had an outside pool with outlook on the mountains :) But one downside...the changing room was one big thing, so we saw naked ladies everywhere! :s I mean...EW! We went changing in the showers.... didn't want anybody to see us changing...that's just wrong! :p

The third day we went to East High School. Does that ring a bell? (Ok, so now you should either scream or shrug, because that's where HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL was taped!!) haha. I loved it :D It was pretty cool because they kept certain things they put up for the movie there and stuff. Like the Wildcats banners and stuff :) And we went to the capital of Utah. Amazing building :) It was so pretty and white... I liked it! :) Then we went to the Great Salt Lake... NEVER GO THERE! I've been there and I tell you... don't go there...ever! To get there, you have to go through burning hot sand, once your feet aren't burning off your legs anymore, you are knocked off your feet by the horrible smell of dead shrimp that are everywhere... When you don't see shrimp corpses anymore... you get eaten alive by millions and millions of flies! I mean...there wasn't a single spot on the ground that wasn't covered...it was discusting! So there you are...with your feet in the water...for 5 min... and then you have to go through that horrible stuff all over again...only it's worse this time since everything sticks to your feet since they are wet! EW!
Then we went to a rehearsal of MOTAB. It was nice, because instead of in the tabernakel, they had their rehearsal in the conference center. Which is way more impressive of course :)
Then it was time to go see the movie "Joseph Smith, prophet of the restoration". And yes...Charlene Verdegem cried with a movie. But in my defence... it's an AMAZING MOVIE! So touching and powerfull, it's just wow! The song "Praise to the man" will never be the same anymore. It's just...wow. After the movie it was dark enough to get to see temple square by night. That is even more pretty then at daytime! The temple is so beautifully lit...just beautiful

The last day in Salt Lake we had a typical American breakfast. It was yummy! :) Gotta love American pancakes! :D After we had our tummies filled, we went to see the open house of the Mount Oquirh Temple. That was cool :) Very pretty! And since we were in the temple mood, we went to the Jordan River one just to go take pictures :) And then to SNOWBIRD! You go there with a tram on a line (kinda like a skilift...only this is big and holds like...30 people :p hahah). So yeah, you have a beautifull view from up their. Since you're on a mountain :) And they had snow there so we had a snowballfight in the middle of summer! It was crazy and hilarious!! :D And then we had a movie/game night where we saw "Hotel for dogs" and played Disney scene-it again! I LOVE THAT GAME!! haha I'm so going to buy it whenever I find it! :D

The day we left we still had some time to go to the picnic :) It was pretty cool :) Nice food and I made a water rocket :p haha ...hey that thing flew pretty high! :D I was happy with it...hahah :p And they had jumping castles and stuff...prettay cooowl!
But then it was time to say goodbye... :( I was very sad...

But then we went to IDAHO! It was so weird to see the everyone there in there own surroundings, and it was us who were in another country :) We went shopping and stuff :) haha we got to go to deseret books where Caitlin spent A LOT of money. But hey! We don't have that store in Belgium... that money makes up for what we lost! Okay that didn't make any sence... :p haha. We went to the Boise river but decided to go to friends of theirs instead :p Which was way cooler because they had a waterslide (ok, I didn't find that part all that exciting... :p) But they had a zip-line there!! I'd never been on one! It was way cool! The first time I clamped on to the bar at the top...but then I panicked because that felt like if you would let go you would crash to the ground...But the second time I let the harnas carry me and just held on to the rope, and that was WAY cool! But since I hurt my feet the first time when I tried to stop myself...I decided to not put my feet down....not a good idea because I almost hit the pole on the other side! :s haha it was fun though :p And we drove a mustang convertable! I was stoked, we liked to act like it was actually our car while it was the car of the people we went swimming to a couple of times. Oh, and the first time we went swimming we found a dead rat in the pool...I was a little grossed out.. :p haha Ooh! and I tried original A&W's rootbeer from the tap! It was nice...but I felt like I drank a whole cup while I actually only took a few sips...

Then we went back to Utah for a day, where we saw Greg again! And he got us into the SALT LAKE TEMPLE!!! I was so excited!! WEEEEEE! I kept on smiling the whole time :D haha

So yeah...that was my trip for yah! I hope I didn't get you bored! ( I propably did, didn't I...haha)

Yep, I picked up drawing

I decided to start to use the fancy pencils I got for my birthday...like...5 months ago... and I picked up drawing! So these 2 pictures are the result. Tell me what you think! :)

dinsdag 23 juni 2009

YES!!

So basically, I'm really happy right now! :D

Yesterday was the deliberation of our grade in school, and if you failed, and you had to re-do your year..or if you had re-examinations, they would call you at home. Well, we didn't get a call from school yesterday!! So no news is good news right??? Well, the 30th of June I need to go get my reportcard, so we'll see. I'm not so nervous for it anymore.

You know that I'm already putting stuff aside that I need to bring to America?? I practically already packing! Packing is always very very stressfull for me, because I always have the feeling I forgot something. And most of the time I actually did forget something, but I always notice when I'm already where I need to be.

I think I'm going to ask some anti-stress pills...Because the day of lift-off, I am going to be SO SICK, just of being nervous. And I don't want to be sick so I think I need to find something for that problem...Any ideas?

And when I will be back from America I'll have 1,5 days to wash EVERYTHING so that I can leave for camp. Oh goodness this is going to be such an exciting summer!!

Charly

maandag 22 juni 2009

Exactly 2 weeks from now !

Yep yep yep!

In exactly 2 weeks from now I'm off to the states! Yeah baby! :D
I'm getting more and more nervous every day... It's just crazy!

Right now I'm in a desperate search for a summer-job... and it's not coming together just yet. I know I know...I'm a little late looking for one. Everything sends me and email back saying "the position has been filled". Psh...jerks.

the only job that is looking for a student is one that pays me only 20 euro's per day! That's barely 25 dollars! No way I'm taking that job...well,, I still have to cancel my appointment for tomorrow... :s which I hate doing but otherwise i'll have to go to an appointment for something I won't be doing anyways...dang.

Anyways...HAPPY THOUGHTS! HAPPY THOUGHTS!! ONLY 2 MORE WEEKS!
Oh boy,, that only makes me more nervous, not a good idea!

haha,
charly

vrijdag 12 juni 2009

It just needed a change :)

I decided to change my blog. I got tired of looking at it :p I like it now, it's more elegant.
So practically, I almost don't have any money on my bank account anymore :p But that's ok because I spent it on my tickets to AMERICA!!

As you can see, it's only 23 more days to go! Which is just 22 times sleeping anymore...well, since I won't be able to sleep from excitement that last night...count that as 21 nights of sleep :p .

Finally I have something to look forward to! :D And what kind of thing!!

First, we will fly from Brussels to New York and from New York to Salt-Lake city Utah!
We'll stay at a returned missionary's house, where we'll be for 10 days. In the meanwhile we'll go see things like Salt-Lake temple, temple square, visitors center, conference center, ... all sorts of really exciting things!! Well, for me exciting :p

And then we'll fly from Salt-Lake to BOISE IDAHO!! Where we'll be staying at the Wallentines!! I don't know what we'll be doing there, but I know it'll be TONS of fun!

I can't wait. These 23 days will seem like an eternity...and those 20 days in America will fly by...sadly enough. But it's definatly worth it's money!
I'm bringing breaking dawn on the plane...since we'll be flying for 8 hours... :p I really hope they'll play good movies on the plain! And otherwise, I'm bringing my iPod too.

I'm going to be so freakin' sick from being nervous the day when we'll be leaving! I'm already really nervous! And tomorrow we're shopping for some clothes I still need before we leave...although I'm pretty sure I'll be buying clothes in America... With what money?? I don't know yet...

Anyways...
Too-de-loo, au-revoir, auf wedersein, ciao, shin-tal-teï!
(In other words...goodbye...goodbye...good-BYE!! (imagine me singing the song from "A sound of music"...or maybe don't imagine it, it could damage your ears...))
Charly

Ps: I already know I'm crazy, so don't say it behind my back...er...behind your computer... er...whatever... :p hihihiiihi!

maandag 8 juni 2009

Ugg...totally flunked it....

So my finals started on friday...and I started with Physics. And I totally kicked it's butt!!
But today...we had math...and I totally flunked it! Goodness, I'm so not passing this class... And that means that A) My math teacher will make sure I can't go to the 6th grade, or B) She let's me go to 6th grade, but she gives my a warning, and if I have even 1 bad grade on my report card for math, I'll fail for my whole year and I can't graduate... Neither of those sound appealing, but the B possibility just a tad bit more then A.

Anyways, I'll make sure that I get good grades for the other classes to the other teachers can defend me in the deliberations... fun stuff...

So yeah, I'd better go and study some more for the final of tomorrow.
---just 1 and a half more weeks, Charlene, just 1 and a half weeks---

I got home from a walk, and suddenly Caitlin said: "Charlene, I decided to go to America with you, this July."

OMGOSH I was so happy!!!!

Because my parents wouldn't let me fly alone, I propably wasn't able to go this year... and I was sad...

But now I'm HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!! Because my dream is actually coming true!

abandoned...

That's right, abandoned.

That's exactly how I feel.

I feel like i'm losing all of my friends, and 2 of them can't do a thing about it, and I don't blame them at all.

It's the ones that I have close-by that abandon me.

It's already been 7 times that I had to sit through activity and seminary all by myself. Even the combined activity with 2 other branches. Figures.

I don't know why, maybe they don't feel like coming, maybe they just think I'm not enough fun to spend time with on a friday night. Although I've really been trying to be positive and happy to bring some life into the activities. But i've given up completely now.

Sasha is thinking about cancelling the activities on friday, and just having once a month when it's combined. HAH! funny...If they don't even come then, what diff does it make?
And now because nobody cares about coming, i'm losing one of the things I used to like most, friday night activities.

Thanks alot guys.

(And Ashley, I don't blame you at all, and I'm not mad at you for leaving because there just isn't a reason to be angry, you couldn't control that. I'm just mad at the people that CAN make a difference. Love you and miss you loads!!)

zaterdag 25 april 2009

3 days, 3 loooooong days...

So basically, I'm SO tired right now!
The last three days have been very busy. There was this exposition for people with a handicap. And our school stood in for helping the people there. We had to sit at the reception to rent wheelchairs, sit at the restaurant to help people in wheelchairs carry there plates, help people at the toilet (I know, ew), take care of the kids,etc...

Well, not very much people needed very much help, but just being there for three days walking around without sitting down very much is so tiring! :p

And I can't go to bed right away because I just ate a pretty big meal and I won't be able to sleep very good if I don't let my food drop.

For the rest life is pretty OK I guess, nothing new to report though...yep, that's life...

As promised!

As promised, here's the video of Eva giving the evil look!

Surprise!!

Today I had a major surprise!
We were sitting in Young Women class, nothing special happening.
Suddenly the door went open en guess who walked in?? ELKE!!
Man, I jumped off my seat and ran into her! I was so happy!
And yet, it seemed like she'd never been away, her being there in young women en sundayschool was just so normal :)

That just made my day :) Sad thing is, she has spring break in 2 weeks, so I won't be able to get to her during my spring break... dang.

In a few weeks friends of ours are getting married! :D And we're invited for the reception and the party, WOOT! Weddings are just so much fun :) I'll need to buy a nice dress though.. :p Maybe a nice wavy cocktaildress .... yep yep, i'm really looking forward to it!

LDS people may know about the new Young Women value, virtue. And last friday we were watching the Young Women conference. The president of the Young women predidency was talking about their trip to a mountain, were they unfurreled a golden banner, standing for virtue.
Then they showed pictures of girls who climed mountains and took pictures of them with their golden banner. Well, we got the idea to do the same! I know I know, this is Belgium and we don't really have mountains here... But we do have a reasonable high hill in Geraardsbergen, which we call "The wall of Geraardsbergen". It's pretty high, and the best we could think of, so during this week we are going to walk up that hill and unfurl our own golden banner :)

Friday we are having an activity with other branches, and we are going to play "FearFactor", and since it's a church it got a churchy name "FaithFactor". Sounds cool so I'll keep you updated!

Charly

zaterdag 28 maart 2009

well, it's been a long time...

So it's been a while since I've posted something, so I decided it was time for an update.

I'm dissapointed for the moment... A few sundays ago there was an SED, and guess who was there? Me, myself and...oh! ME! I mean, we have 3 active young men and 3 active young women, and I was the only one there! Same with yesterday on the activity, I was the only one there. So that got me dissapointed, I mean, what's the reason now?
Anyways, I'm not gonna let it get to me too much, at least I was there, and I'll get the blessings in return, it's their loss.

In the summer holidays I'm going to ITALY!! Ah, Florence, Pisa, Rome, Firenze! I can't wait!
I'm trying to convince my parents to let me go to America too, because I really want to go visit Ashley and meet her friends! I've missed the Wallentines sooo much!

My little niece, Eva, is WALKING!! It's so cute! :) Kevin grabbed her by her hands yesterday, and started running, and Eva started running too! It was so cool to see! :D
Recently I made a video of Eva. Do you know about the 'evil look' video on youtube? I decided to put Eva to the test! I filmed her and she did it! the Evil look! I'll try to post it on her once it's on the computer, so keep checking! It'll be on here soon :)

Tomorrow in church I have to teach the primary class. Apperantly every last sunday of the month we need to give the teachers a chance to be in adult class, and the young women will teach the primary class. That oughta be interesting... Usually kids don't really listen to me :(

Haha, the television is on a kids channel, and it's playing LILO & STITCH! hahah, sweeeeet.... :p
Have you ever had that, when you think about cartoons from the 90's (and now I'm not talking about LILO&STITCH..) you feel like putting the ancient casset tapes in the VCR and watch those old disney movies? I sometimes have that :p Recently in class we were talking about the cartoons of the 90's and immediatly I felt like watching 'Beauty and the beast', 'lion king' or 'Aladin' or something :p GOTTA LOVE THE 90'S!

LOVE, Charly!
PS: I miss you too Ashley!

Farewell

So basically today has been a crappy day. We had the pleasure of having the Wallentines in our lives for 1,5 years. And it's been a very fun time! But we knew it couldn't last forever, because they had to go back to America. I'm going to miss them and especially Ashley like crazy! The goodbye was hard, but we know for sure that we made friends for ever. They definatly made a mark on our hearts, and they'll always have a place in it. They influenced my life in such a wonderful way, and I'm going to miss them being a part of it. They brought sunshine to our lives.

Ashley's my best friend, and saying goodbye was unbelieveably hard, but I know we'll stay in touch, and we'll be friends forever. I cannot describe how much I am already missing her, but she made me a better person, and I hope I was the same to her.

And hey, they're not dead, I'm hoping and trying to be able to go to America in the summer holidays, and then I'm gonna see al of them again.

Here's a video to a wonderful song, it's a bunch of pictures that we took :) Enjoy!

Hide and Seek

So I'm watching Eva right now (my almost 1 year old niece).
And we just played a nice round of hide and seek! It was so funny!
So she was holding on to the couch. And I decided to see if she would grasp the point of hide and seek. So I crawled behind the couch, and popped up at regular times. And she began to walk (still holding the couch) to the other side. And once she saw me I went..COUCOU!! And she would run off (still holding on to things ofcourse), and I would crawl after her and suddenly she would stop and I would start tickling her. She started laughing and laughing it was sooo cute!! So we did that for a couple of times. And then I went to go to the computer, and while I was sitting on the chair. She came crawling up to me, and went to stand behind the chair. Peeking around the corner, and I would go COUCOU!! and she kept on peeking around the corner, untill she didn't come back, but went to peek around the other corner.
It was the funniest thing! She's such a smart, cute baby! And she's sitting on my lap as we speak! Well...as I type...:p hahah

Just because I haven't posted in a while...

So... actually, nothing really ...EXCITING happened in my life. Well, my computer crashed due to a virus...but it's... DEcrashed now, how else could I post this?

So anyways, I'm really exciting for saturday! (no...NOT because it's valentines day...uh..I hate valentines day...) but because I'll propably see my dearest friend ELKE again!! I've missed her so much :( And since Ashley posted a post about the reason behind something happening...
Well, WHY in the world do I have to loose my 2 best friends in a small period??? WHY don't I have any luck in love AT ALL??? Ug... If somebody knows the GOOD part in all that (which I doubt there IS ...) please let me know.

There's this guy I know, and he's SUPER DUPER HOT...but so unreachable at the same time... psh

So basically I'm getting DEAF here because my birds are making very high pitched, loud noises and it's KILLING my ears!

Tonight I'm going to watch EVA!! She's so uber duber CUTE! :D I'm teaching her how to walk...but I need to adapt my method, just letting go of her hands while she's walking isn't a very good idea...since she almost landed on her head the other day :p

I went bowling with my godfather (or however you spell that) and niece. And it was so much fun! first we ate this...stone grill, YUM! so basically, you get a very hot stone on your table (380°C) and you get a plate of meat, and you get to grill your meat the way you want it to be! My niece at almost raw chicked....I'm like...uh, your chicken is all raw on the inside, and she's like "oh I know, that's the way I like it!" I mean...raw chicken is not a very good idea, it can cause diseases and stuff...but hey, if she likes it,, i wont interfere.
Anyways, then it was BOWLING TIME!! And I broke my little nail :( I was just going to let them grow to get gelnails.

Anyways, this post is getting long, boring and just too random.
BYE!

It's official...

I'm officially the most clumsy person..in the world!
We were just eating pudding, and everything was just OK. Until suddenly everything went on in slow-motion as I saw my cup of pudding flying in the air, and it landed right on my pants and ended up on the floor. I had pudding in my neck, on my (new!) top , my (new!) pants, (honestly, I was wearing this pants for just an hour!). and there was pudding all over the floor and my chair. It was not a pretty sight, but everybody just starts laughing (and me the most). I was crying from laughter :p So I honestly don't know it all happened, but it was pretty darn funny!

So although I told everybody in my talk in sacrament meeting that we shouldn't let down our values for any reason...well, since my top was the only one I can wear on a skirt for the moment, I will have to wear pants for the Sunday Evening Discussion. Oh boy!

Oh! I found out what I want as a car! It's a volkswagen BEETLE in the color you see in THIS => http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87nDEUscky8 COLOR! No, that's not the CAR I want, it's the COLOR I want for my beetle :)

I think that color is just too hot to resist!

How do I feel today?
I just saw my best friend for the last time before she's moving to Holland.

Enough said.

No school for me!

So basically, today I was supposed to go to "Körperwelten" in Brussels.
But this morning suddenly my mom wakes me up. "Charlene...Charlene..." "huuh...??" "Charlene do you know what time it is"? I thought to myself :"I barely woke up 2 seconds ago, how am I supposed to know?" Then I dosed off again... "Charlene! Do you know what time it is?" So I lifted up my head to look at the clock.... 09:30! The bus left half an hour ago. Then I said to my mom I really don't know how that happened. And my mom simply answered. "Because I didn't wake you up, that's how." So to say it short, my parents thought this "Körperwelten" wasn't a thing for me so they kept me home. Thank goodness! That really was something I just wanted to get over with, and now I just don't :) I feel bad for Anastasia though, I promised her to be there. But my other friends are there too so at least she's not alone :)

AARG

I propably have a lot of posts titled " AARG" by now. Just because my life IS "AARGH!!" at the moment!

So practically, I having no luck in 'Love' at all. I know I know, I can hear you think " Omgosh what are you making a fuss about you're only 16" But hey, it's not because I'm young that I have to get heartbroken OK?! Anyways... I'm hating boys right now..."hate is such a very strong word" you say? Well then I VERY STRONGLY dislike them at the moment! At least guys younger then 25. GOSH! Although this disliking will only last untill my next crush,, aargh, I hate being a teenager!

And then we still have my dearest friend Elke who is leaving in a little over a week. I mean, it's so unfair! She's been my best friend since...FOREVER! And now they're moving to HOLLAND! freakin' HOLLAND! I know it's not that far but still, far enough for me to cry my eyes out...
And I'm VERY happy to still have dearest Ashley, but the sad part is, she'll be gone in May too. And I know she can't stay in Belgium forever, but that doesn't mean I have to be happy about it. But I'm holding on to this quote that says "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."

Enough of the crappy, emo, I-hate-my-life bull...crap. Let's talk about today... Well, a new day of school after 2 weeks of holidays. So that was...interesting... Because I got in a fight (well more of a discussion) with my teacher. (you know Ashley, the teacher I told you about who was going to give a whole speach about me flunking her class?) Well, her.
So practically, she gave us some exercises to do, and Anastasia was done with them, so she walks up to me and took 'Twilight' out of my backpack to look through it. And everything was ok until she puts it back on my desk, and I saw the cover sticking up. So I reached over trying to make it flat again ( And really, Anastasia, I'm not mad at all because of that.) But before I can do that my teacher grabs the book and puts it in her desk. "You shouldn't be looking at that, it's not part of the class! I have the right to take your book, if you'll be nice you'll get it back...bla bla bla" I'm like...'What the heck do you mean, if I'm nice?? I didn't do anything, I didn't even take it out!" And she responds with "don't look that angry at me, you'll get it back but finish your exercise!"
"But I'm already DONE!". So she takes the book out of her desk, drops it on the table and drops her pencasethingy on it. I mean!? It's Twilight! You don't go dropping a book like Twilight! And you deffinatly don't take it away when I finally found it and it's finally mine! Gosh (people, READ TWILIGHT!! honestly!)

So yeah, that wasn't the best start of the week. And yes, I do realise I overreacted, but I was already a little irritated (irritated, not mad or angry) because my cover was sticking up a way it wasn't supposed to... And then my teacher takes it away from me! Ok Ok, I know, no way out of this one, I overreacted...Final.

But overall it was a pretty succesful day. I tried to pay attention becauseI promised myself to actually try to get good points. And I did work along in class, even the class of that teacher. So yeah. Pretty good.

Ug! Tomorrow we're going to "Körperwelten" or however that's spelled. Yeah, so basically it's this exhibition of real human bodies! I mean, they practically laminated and sliced up human (yes, real ones!) bodies to show how it looks like. And they put these (REAL!!) skelletons in positions like, at a poker table or stuff like that. And they have these bodies that only show the muscels and stuff... EW EW EW! And my biology teacher wants to go see that? Well, yeah, biology..kinda logic... But still, I already freak out if she shows us a real human bone and passes it around in class. I just think it's kinda grewsom (sp??) to know somebody actually walked around with this bone in it's body! And tomorrow we're going to this whole exhibition of real, dead, laminated, sliced up, human bodies...

So yeah, don't expect pictures because you're not allowed to take pictures there.I wouldn't anyways, I hope not to get nightmares of this, let alone I would take pictures to remember it :s

So yeah, that's practically the status of my life right now. Not really happy but I'm trying to stay positive....And Anastasia helps me to destract my thoughts from the things I shouldn't think about because they make me sad. (Thanks Nastja!) So yeah, I'm happy, except for the parts that can make people sad for once in a while.

Today I walked around like a zombie...I was just staring out in front of me because I was so tired... I was used to waking up at 11 in the morning and actually getting up at 12-ish. And today I had to wake up at 6... I tell ya, that hurts! And still I'm here writing away in my blog :)

LOVE,
Charly!
